MakeTank Design is an independent graphic design studio in Denver, Colorado. Our passion is creating design solutions to better your brand. We are a think tank first – researching, strategizing, planning, drafting and analyzing your creative needs. Then we shift to a make tank – offering marketing and creative solutions to exceed all your design goals. From concept to completion, we are a full-service studio with a fresh perspective.
Process
In order to make great design solutions, we follow a plan. The final product is only as good as the research and work that goes into it. Thoughtful designs stand the test of time and solve business problems. We've listed out a basic understanding of our process below but each client is different and we customize the steps to fit your needs.

LISTEN.
We want to learn what you do, and more importantly, why you do it. We'll ask questions and listen to what problems you're trying to solve with design.
A design brief allows us to set the tone for what fundamental information is needed to begin the project, with an emphasis on pertinent information.

RESEARCH.
During this phase, we seek information on the competitors, point of differentiation (POD), market, audience, trends, and future prospects.
The purpose of this research is to give us an understanding of the ecosystem in which you operate and generate ideas that fit the market, industry trends, and your customers.

DESIGN.
We'll gather our findings and start putting them to paper. Often, multiple iterations of a concept will be presented.
Designs are based on feedback and direction from the first two phases and cannot commence before we've identified the goals.

REFINE.
Once a direction is established, we will fine-tune the work and present you with the final product. We'll hand over a style guide and the final files and you'll be ready to put it into the universe!
